Catherine Brooks Giuffre is the founder of CBG Interiors Ltd in Houston, TX.  After studying design at the University of Texas, she worked with two celebrated interior designers, Jane Moore and J. Randall Powers, serving a storied, five-year tenure with each of these design icons.

Upon launching her own design/interiors firm in 2012, CBG Interiors Ltd, Catherine’s work has focused on enabling her clients to discover their own design vision.  Creating an environment that truly feels like an extension of who they are, where they travel, and how they live, provides Catherine with endless inspiration.  Never beholden to a single look that defines her design aesthetic, she confidently melds pieces from art deco classics to antiques with provenance.  Combined with a penchant for art that expresses a clear point of view, the spaces & interiors Catherine creates is are refined yet comfortable.

Her work on a renovation that was honored with the distinguished 2015 Good Brick Award punctuates her desire to preserve the character & integrity of every project.

This tastemaker, with a roster of projects to her name, has been featured in the pages of PaperCity magazine, as well as Conde Nast’s Domino magazine.  In 2015 she was awarded “Star on the Rise” by PaperCity Magazine’s Design Awards which is given in conjunction with the Houston Design Center.
